We had the privilege of working with artist Ang Song Nian on his latest exhibition, As they grow older and wiser (2016). The exhibition consists of a recent photographic series and installation.
At the heart of the exhibition is Everything can be measured (2016), six installations created based on the artists observation on the methods of control and how we manipulate nature to fit within the urban landscape of a city.
The proposed identity for the exhibition is based on the artist's perspective of human's need for control. The identity and text are typeset to reflect this methodology and set within the confines of a grid system.
